Planning: In this type of sprint planning, we can plan our daily activities in advance and can decide how much time each activity will take us. This also avoids unnecessary confusion regarding which task should be started first.

Focus: Sprints can help us focus on our work for a certain period of time without being distracted by other tasks or events. This also lets us concentrate more on what we are doing rather than looking at our mobile phones every now and then.

Prioritisation: With sprints, we can prioritize our tasks based on importance and urgency so that we can have an idea about what needs to be done first and what is not urgent at all but still needs to be done eventually if it’s not urgent then when is it going to get done?
